Prepare an export and select the records and credentials to include. Import validates the archive and handles supported encrypted credentials for the destination.
External accounts or Cloud workspace bindings may need reconnection. Preserving account protections such as 2FA requires transferring their credentials; project-only exports do not move account identity.
