Dashboard

Billing

The Billing area (Openship Cloud only) shows your plan, usage, and invoices. Self-hosted Openship has no billing.

Openship Cloud only

The Billing area appears only on Openship Cloud. A self-hosted install has nothing to bill, so the screen doesn't exist there.

Self-hosted has no billing

A plain self-hosted Openship has nothing to pay and shows no billing data — the Billing area simply doesn't appear. You only pay for your own infrastructure.

Openship Cloud

On Cloud, Billing is where you watch usage, change plan, and pull invoices. Plans, prices, and per-plan limits are published on the pricing page; the header strip on this screen shows how much of your plan's credits, bandwidth, build minutes, and capacity you've used in the current period.

TabWhat it does
OverviewCurrent plan, billing period, and credit balance.
UsageMetered usage over the period, charted.
PlansUpgrade or downgrade — starts a Stripe Checkout session.
Top-upsOne-shot credit packs (coming to the dashboard).
Payment MethodOpens the Stripe portal to manage cards.
InvoicesOpens the Stripe portal to download invoices.

Cancelling from Plans flips the subscription to end at the close of the period you've already paid for; the organisation then drops back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted.

For the endpoints behind this screen, see the billing API.
