| `--intent <intent>` | Operation to apply (choices: "update", "repair", default: "update") |
| `--timeout <ms>` | Stop following after this deadline |
| `-y, --yes` | Confirm the container restart |

Queue eligible infrastructure updates; use active to inspect completion
